Seahawks Rally Past Redskins to Win, 24-14

The Seattle Seahawks beat the Washington Redskins today 24-14. The Redskins scored all 14 of their points in the 1st quarter. QB Robert Griffin the 3rd suffered a minor injury in the 2nd quarter and was never the same afterwards. He reaggravated it in the 4th quarter and was unable to return to the game.

The Redskins were stopped after the 1st quarter on offense and fell apart. RG3 only got 84 yards passing and 2 passing TDs. HB Alfred Morris only got 80 yards rushing. Backup TE Logan Paulsen had 2 receptions for 15 yards and a TD. Backup HB Evan Royster had 1 reception for 2 yards and a TD as well. LB Bobby Wagner played well and got 5 tackles and 4 assisted tackles. S Earl Thomas got 4 assisted tackles and an interception.

The Seahawks offense started off rough, but they then got on a roll. QB Russel Wilson got 187 yards passing and a TD. HB Marshwan Lynch got 130 yards rushing and a TD. FB Michael Robinson got 2 receptions for 23 yards and a TD.

The MVP of this game is HB Marshwan Lynch for an amazing performance that broke apart the defense.
