The Buccaneers have got a young staff similar to the youth of the Seattle Seahawks. They have QB Jameis Winston who had a pretty decent season in a weirdly competitive NFC South. HB Doug Martin AKA Muscle Hamster came back with a surprisingly strong season even with sharing some time with HB Charles Sims. WRs Mike Evans and Vincent Jackson along with TE Austin Seferian-Jenkins are incredible receivers. The defense has some decent ability and could become something great. Tampa Bay Up For Grabs
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have fired HC Lovie Smith. They can now be added to the list of possible head coaching jobs, and they are now the best head coaching job.
